Ingredients:

Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
A small onion, chopped
A chopped bell pepper
2 cups of well-cooked peas
2 eggs
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of white onion powder
A pinch of turmeric
1 teaspoon of ground pepper
6 burger buns
Sliced ​​onions, lettuce leaves, and tomato slices

How to make:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add olive oil to a pan and when the oil is hot, add the onions and bell pepper pieces and fry them.
Put the boiled peas in a bowl and mash them well.
Add pepper powder, onion and bell pepper mixture, egg, breadcrumbs, butter, salt to taste, chili powder, garlic, and a little turmeric and mix.
Shape it into a loaf (like a patty) and make 6.
Place it on a baking tray and bake for 25 - 28 minutes.
Cut the bun into 2, place lettuce leaves on it, place the patty on top, and serve with tomato and onion slices. (If desired, add a slice of cheese in between.)
