Lentil curry


Ingredients:

1/2 cup washed lentils
1/2 chopped onion
A pinch of cayenne pepper
A piece of ginger
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Salt to taste
1 cup of condensed milk

How to make:

Put all of this in a microwaveable bowl and mix well. Microwave for about 12 minutes.
